Experimental Printing

When printmaking everything is an experiment but when it comes to collagraph, monotype, and monoprinting I feel more expressive with the subject matter, the textures that can be made, and the range of marks that can be achieved, all these factors can lead me to create a much more loose, impressionistic representation of the subject which is what these pieces show. The selection below consists of collagraphs, monotypes, monoprints, and woodcut prints that represent forests, abandoned houses, ivy-covered walls, and bushy undergrowth but everyone perceives the pieces in their own special way meaning there is no need for titles and names, you see what you want.
