BIO

Alannah is a recent graduate of Drawing and Print at UWE Bristol finishing her degree with first-class honours and winning the vice chancellor’s purchase prize for pieces shown at her end of year show. Alannah has always been an avid artist from the moment she could hold a pencil, constantly creating art with a motive, her art education began in school which led her to complete her level 3 in art and design at The City of Liverpool College. After a few years of working and traveling, she decided to pursue a degree in Drawing and Print at UWE Bristol where she discovered her voice as an artist and what she could communicate through her work. Alannah is currently working in Farndon in the Northwest of England as an art framer.

Alannah has taken part in a number of exhibitions such as “Welcome to my World” at the Tate Liverpool 2015, “Found Drawings” UWE Bristol 2019, “Objects in Mirrors are Closer than they Appear” Centre Space Gallery 2022, “Talk About the Elephant in the Room” Arnolfini Bristol 2022,  ‘Narrative in Painting’ LUCA University Ghent, Belgium (2022), “Drawing and Print Graduate Show” Arnolfini Bristol 2022 where some of her work was purchased by the university for their private collection, 'The Graduate Show' Zari Gallery London (2022), 'D31 Winter Exhibition' (2022-2023) and 'Transformation' D31 Art Gallery Doncaster (2023). 'Well Hot' Hotwells 365 Bristol (2024), and 'What Lies Beneath' Bristol (2024), Total Eclipse of the Art Warrington (2025).

Alannah has continued to exhibit and has taken regularly over the past 3 years and has recently completed her first solo show 'The Only Sense of Ground Left' at Walkers Fine Art.
